By creating an account or using VidAEO, you agree to these terms. If you're using VidAEO on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on its behalf too, and confirming you have the authority to do that.
VidAEO scores YouTube videos on how likely they are to be structured in a way AI engines tend to cite, and generates suggested rewrites for titles, descriptions, and chapters. Paid plans add citation tracking and channel-wide audits.
We don't and can't promise that any video will be cited by ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, or any other AI engine after you use VidAEO. Citation depends on factors outside our control and outside yours. Scores, rewrites, and citation checks are based on structural signals research suggests matter — they're not a guarantee of outcome.
You're responsible for what happens under your account. Only submit YouTube videos and channels you have the right to analyze — VidAEO reads publicly available metadata and transcripts, but you shouldn't use it to violate anyone else's rights.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You own your video content — we're just reading public metadata about it. The scores, rewrites, and reports VidAEO generates for you are yours to use. VidAEO itself — the scoring model, the app, the brand — is ours.
VidAEO is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we're not liable for lost revenue, lost citations, or any other indirect damages resulting from your use of the service.
We may update these terms or the scoring model as our understanding of AI citation improves. Scoring model changes are logged on the changelog. Material changes to these terms will be reflected here with an updated date.
